***DUE TO COVID-19, WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. We will update as more information is gathered. 

We are not offering returns at this time, but we do want you to love your purchase! Should you feel strongly about discussing a potential store credit or exchange, please contact us at info@hellogoodfeelings.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We are more than happy to work with you to find a solution that works for both of us.

If a return is accepted: All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep the tracking information until your return has been processed. Any packages sent back to Good Feelings, without direct contact from us stating to return the item(s), will not be accepted and the package will be returned to sender. 

We do not assume responsibility for packages containing returns that are lost in transit or packaged poorly. We do not reimburse return shipping costs. We do not replace orders that are shipped with no tracking information.

 

D A M A G E S

Your order is adequately packaged with handling + transit in mind! While we do take care when packaging your order, damages can happen. If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact us at info@hellogoodfeelings.com with a photo of the damaged product + shipping box (if applicable) within 48 hours of receiving. A damage claim will be filed with the shipping carrier and we will work together to find a solution to your damaged product .

 

V A R I A T I O N S

All of our products are made by hand out of natural ingredients so variations are to be expected. Each and every product we make is carefully inspected before heading to your doorstep. These variations do not affect the integrity of our goods and will not be considered defects or damages:

Candles• Changes in temperature may cause the top of your candle to melt slightly in hot delivery trucks/mailboxes. This occurs naturally and we have no control over the weather! Once your candle is in your home, it will cool down. This does not affect the way your candles burn or smell in any way.
